Today is Good Friday for Christian DUers...

...and I have a hunch that it is not proper to wish a "happy Good Friday" to you (since it's probably equivalent to someone wishing me a happy Yom Kippur) but I wanted to start this thread to wish all Christian DUers (at least the ones who celebrate Easter at this time) a happy Easter just in case I am not online on Sunday.

So, here goes my early happy Easter to you all!

2. It's actually okay to wish Christians a Happy Easter on Good Friday, but

you don't wish a happy Good Friday because it's a day of mourning for Christians. It's not supposed to be happy. Yes, and have a joyous Passover.

I would wish you happy passover, but I think it is over -- then again, my information is based on that fact that alternate side parking in NYC was suspended due to passover on Tues/Wed so it might not be so accurate

Edit to add: Google tells me that Passover 2013 began in the evening of Monday, March 25 and ends in the evening of Tuesday, April 2. Alternate side parking was suspended Thursday due to "Holy Thursday" and Friday due to "Good Friday" - maybe they were just giving Christians half of the credit .
