If the ObamaSecret deal is passed,

can the people expect less transparency going forward? Fast track insures the corporate dictatorships input is pasted into this bill for its duration. Please call your reps and ask if they support this OBAMASECRET deal.

Do you think if they can get away with these they won't be shy to try and legislate Fast Track (or probably a different name) into other bills?

1. I think it goes much further than that - I no longer believe some politicians if their lips

are moving. And I think that Washington is moving away from caring what people think, knowing that most do not bother to vote, or vote against their own best interests - just a team sport. All about the money now, seems to me.

As a populist movement, I think the focus should be developing and understanding what the people think.

Our messages should be clear and easily understood with an emotional and visual punch. If you can arrange words so that a vision can be paired with a positive emotion, you've got a Whammie!

I should have added them

"What Senator Sanders and Warren have to say about the secret trade deals" Daily Kos,1/5/2015 by Jamess

"Obama's covert trade deal" NYTimes, 6/2/2013

The Glenn Beck site referred to secrets, plural and I may have missed it but I didn't encounter the word ObamaSecret

3. Lack of transparency isn't cool, but neither is the title of this OP.

Probably not my place, but this is flame-bait. I'm disappointed. Wish it would be self-deleted.

was used specifically to influence wavering dems and anti-Obama RWingers.

To get this non-populist trade bill stopped, we must pull out all tools we have because right now we're definitely the underdog.

McCain/Feingold was a dem/repub coalition that worked so what do we have to lose.

ObamaSecret is a truth, Obama supports it and it is obviously a secret. For me it is easy to rationalize the use of this word because it is the truth and it may help millions of Americans avoid poverty.

If other hosts disagree, it might be unlocked.

As it stands, it seems to offer nothing constructive as regards reform of the Democratic party and has every appearance of being little more than an Obama bashing post.

Feel free to repost without the creepy subject line and with some context and/or constructive comments in line with this group's purpose.

describes the secret deal and the lack of transparency that the word "secret" implies

Fast track implies the voting process. I'm presenting ObamaSecret as a dual approach as effecting both the lack of transparency(secrecy) and as a possible impact on politicians votes. ObamaCare was a repub rallying cry and effected some dems. Why can't we beat them at their own game until we have elected a majority of Populist dems.

TPP reminds me of mischievous teenagers using toilet paper on the neighbors trees.

Here's another idea TPP = Toilet Paper Politics

As a meme, "ObamaSecret" serves right-wing interests.
Yes, "ObamaCare" did get some serious mileage...
but again, for the right-wing.

Your objective is not very transparent?
Is it attacking TPP and the "secret" or "fast track" process?
