sympathetic to cannabis reform. Andy “marijuana is a dangerous, addictive gateway drug” Harris won, in a landslide. I’m now convinced Harris is in Congress for life. 🤢 And unless the Congress moves on cannabis reform in 2019 it’ll be 2020 before voters, might, get a voter referendum on the ballot. That, however, would depend on the legislature.
