I am so looking forward to smoking again!

Smoked like a fool in my youth (mid 20's)...hope to smoke like a fool in my old age...got more reasons to smoke now..aching joints, threat of glaucoma, sleeping problems..and more.

Getting high is just another good reason!

if we had a ballot initiative, but we don’t. We do have a “voter referendum.” That would depend on the legislature. That’s a two year wait, though. My preference, by the way, is “cannabis,” as in “I’d love to have ‘adult use cannabis.’”

4. Personally I prefer to call it Cannabis.

I do so because when I read articles that may be for or against it most of the time the ones against it use pot, marijuana, weed, reefer, and such. Cannabis is part of the actual name and sounds more proffesioal and scientific.

5. I call it Cannabis and instead of "recreational", I prefer "adult-use" cannabis

And re the article, I think it's passing due to a generational change more than anything.
