CBD Use Puts Jobs in Jeopardy

A former federal law enforcement officer purchased a CBD product, thinking it was THC free. He tested positive for THC. He chose to retire earlier this year after his boss revoked his security clearance and suspended him indefinitely.

All of the research and consulting I did, before starting on CBD, also stated that there may be trace amounts that could show up in tests. The label on the oil I use indicates a < 3% THC. Not enough for any kind of 'buzz' but probably enough to show up in a test.

This will probably happen a lot to people who aren't going to licensed, trained suppliers who will take the time to educate.
