Turns out, I’ve been wrong all this time! An enlightened Hillary supporter pointed out in a post just how all of us Bernie supporters are just blinded by our anger. They have rightly pigeonholed us all as hateful affluent white men who’ll gladly throw the election to Trump, since we won’t be affected if the GOP wins anyway.

I’m glad they were able to pierce the veil and determine we’re all affluent, angry, hateful… oh, and male. Could you imagine not knowing you’re well-to-do, and being absolutely impotent in your anger and rage? Now that you all know you’re actually wealthy men, I expect you’ll diligently use all that wealth to properly live the low-caliber life-style they know we live. After all, if it were not for the guiding light of her emissaries, we might not know how to act. Fortunately, we have all been blessed by her anointed holiness, and can now act in a suitable manner.

Wait! What? Could it be some of you don’t know how to behave? Her emissaries have already provided ample litany to guide you on the path to far-left-wing derangement syndrome… also known as trump-titude. The first step would be to gain affluence… but you’re a Bernie supporter, and her divine proxies have already deemed you to be within that gilded status…congratulations by the way… so we have no worries there.

Step two is to be angry. So angry that even your very presence will properly project a truly caustic level of vitriol and hatred. If you have trouble with becoming angry, or hateful, simply look at Trump supporters to know how to act (It’s called trump-titude for a reason ya know!). Concerned that such behavior would be antithetical to the progressive cause? That’s okay… just look up the horseshoe effect, and it’ll allay all your concerns. Promise.

Step three, be a white male. Now, some of you may say “But I’m already a white male”, and that it may seem like you’re good to go, but you’d be wrong! You must ensure you have slug-belly-white skin! If you aren’t there yet, consider a full-body dip into a vat of white-out. Don’t worry, it’ll add whiteness, not take it away. As for the rest of you, well, you’ll just have to convert to supporting Hillary, since we only have affluent white men here. Sorry.

Last step, yell a bunch about wanting to destroy the party. Really yell it. Like a full-bodied holler from your belly that you want nothing short of the dismantling of the entire democratic party! That’s it! Do that and you’ll have fulfilled your pre-ordained role as a marginalized internet-poll-clicking troll! Welcome aboard!

1. Bur what if I'm a Bernie bot, but I'm not a white male?

I am white, but I'm a female, and honestly, I'm pretty happy with my gender. But should I change it? I mean, I wouldn't want to fall outside of the stereotype, would I?

And I'm not really all that angry. I suppose I could ramp that up a bit.

Please let me know what I need to do to fix this.

3. Can you pretend to be male? That might work. I supose a sex change opperation is possible too.

You may have to get an affidavit from other males declaring you are really and truly male. We wouldn't want them to confuse you as being part of a legitimate social-rights group.

I'm a little concerned about the level of whiteness though. How white are you exactly?

The anger part should be pretty easy to fix... just imagine someone's trying to take your new-found affluence away from you. That should ramp it right up!

5. I'm pretty white. There's simply no mistaking me

for anything other than Caucasian. Sigh.

Not sure about the sex change operation, but I suppose I could take up dressing like a man, and if I made an entirely new set of friends they wouldn't know the difference. Would have to change my name. I think I'll go with Steve.

2. What's galling about the anger thing

is that the Hillary supporters who say you're angry (and therefore, by implication, irrational) don't accept that there's an asymmetry in the what each candidate is saying to inspire the anger. Walking around and knowingly lying that Bernie wants to take health care away from "millions and millions and millions of people", and sending your child out to spread the lies, is going to cause anger. There's just nothing like that to point to on the other side.

6. My anger has been tempered by my joy at his campaign and the great

people supporting it. If you aren't angry then you aren't paying attention. This campaign is about joy in pressing forward to save the country. That was the point of the America ad. Go, Bernie and Bernie people!
