Notice where the LCV is and the little blurb about his 95% score. That is NOT possible. That is where the addressee's name goes!
It is an envelope because you can see where the stamp is supposed to go and the scanning on the bottom.
Just a refresher (not that Bernie supporters need it) this is how an envelope is addressed. Compare it to the photoshop. There is no way this was mailed. There is no addressee!! Like I said - whoever did this is an idiot.

Casinos have literally hundreds of security cameras. They use scan cards to open staff doors. That is Trespassing. They prosecute people for lots less. That being said; I can find no documentation of arrests.
