Maybe Bernie Sanders just likes it here.

After hosting a rally at Bartle Hall Wednesday, Sanders is on his way back to the area.

He’ll be in Lawrence Thursday evening for a rally either on, or near, the KU campus.

No details yet. We’ll share ‘em when we get ‘em.

The visit comes just two days before Kansas’ Saturday caucuses. With his second visit to the area, Sanders is clearly eying Kansas as a state he hopes to put in his win column in his ongoing battle with Hillary Clinton.

And he hopes that university students, who have shown up in droves at Sanders rallies across the country, can get him across the finish line.

Gates open at 4:00 and Bernie will speak at 7:00.

2. I believe in Bernie, almost to the point of believing in superhuman powers, but

March 4 is a Friday! Can Bernie even change the calendar??

If he's there on a Thursday and it's also March 4, don't look for him in KC or anywhere else. Maybe try finding him by going into a trance state.
