And by the way, you're in the wrong group.

(10,345 posts)They're counting down to the moment that someone will come in calling this a Republican talking point. They're not calling it that themselves. They're pro bernie! read their sig!

(614 posts)i have filed a formal complaint with MA consumer relations against the HRC campaign, which i'm sure will go nowhere. my financial demand? $27.
also, registered complaints with the MA election commission and mayor wash's office.
when i spoke with the very nice woman at the election commission, she explained these details:
they received word that clinton was in the west roxbury polling place, and that their plan was to head down to new bedford. the office immediately contacted new bedford to warn about this plan, and contacted the HRC campaign and/or mayor walsh to "gently remind" them of the law. new bedford drew the 150' boundary, which was supposedly honored in future visits. tho, of course, he was able to pull out a bullhorn and campaign loudly without actually 'campaigning'.
in other words, as he has been so deft at doing all his life, he waltzed right up to that legal limit, and - as far as i'm concerned - thumbed his nose at the spirit of that law. the letter of that law is to avoid influencing the vote of any voter; the spirit is simply not to influence voters on election day.
i explained to the fine woman that my concern stemmed from the obvious power of bill's presence; he is a walking symbol of all things clinton, and on our primary day, esp. his wife's campaign. i further noted that when i went to vote, i was asked to remove my bernie button, and my buddy was asked to remove his bernie cap. no problem; just forgot after doing visibility. the woman completely concurred and understood my concerns.
so, what part of all this confused bill and the mayor?

(5,621 posts)that this endeared them to Bernie's supporters. Rack up more votes for Hillary.............not. I used to like Bill and Hillary and actually defended them, that has all changed with this campaign. All those 'myths' of them back stabbing and having enemies list, I now believe. They are both 'slick willys'.

(1,784 posts)Are going viral. This, like any of their other sleazy tactics will blow up in their faces.
I loved and defended the Clintons for a long time. I even met them in 1997, in the thick of the Monica scandal. But the viciousness and the race-baiting of Hillary's 2008 campaign turned me off to both of them forever.

(27,275 posts)The Clintons have snowed a lot of people...glad you saw through their bs. The attack on Warren via DWS is typical Clinton ruthlessness and vindictiveness. I hope the FBI investigation leads to an indictment. Even that won't deter some of her most ardent supporters. They will claim it's a conspiracy, even though Obama is president.

(27,275 posts)Bill is a total scumbag. It is just sad that Hillary supporters are silent about this.
