(31,079 posts)"Much like in Oklahoma, the Democratic base in the state has dramatically shrunk in size, with older Democrats becoming independents or Republicans. The remainder is more liberal and more open to Sanders' message of radical change than Clinton's defensive incrementalism. The state is also heavily white, a demographic in which Sanders outperforms Clinton. The same trends gave Sanders an advantage in Nebraska and Clinton the edge in Louisiana on Saturday."

The maps indicate that Clinton wins, leads, trails, or loses. Kansas is completely gray, like no results have come in, with the legend underneath indicating that gray means "Clinton loses."
They do not say Sanders has won. It's like he doesn't exist on these maps!

Edited: They now changed Nebraska & Kansas to "Sanders wins" instead of "Hillary loses", and gave Sanders a color instead of gray. So, not so weird any more.
