each time I was blissfully ignorant to that I was replying to something from the Hillary group. One time I was graciously accepted back, and told to be sweet.
We are prestigious club I think, we banned ones, and I welcome you and accept my place.

21. First time I posted in the Hillary group, I did not realize I was posting there.

I responded to a posting on the LATEST, and did not realize I was in Hillary until it was pointed out. Some of the persons in that group were actually very gracious and said: "yeah, it happens." Certain others were: "yeah, likely story." I politely held my ground and was told because it was a protected group, I should respect their space and delete my post, which I did. And apologized, and meant it.

However, this time I had to respond. The poster in question - I won't even call her a DUer - has been banned at least once before for her caustic, abusive, belligerent behavior to other DUers. I don't care which side of the aisle you are on: acting like an abusive asshole to other members of DU is bullshit. Take it somewhere else.

37. it has its benefits...you find that you don't bother going in there even to entertain yourself..

which frees up a lot of time to peruse the parts of DU that you want to participate in and are accepted by...

and it helps you keep somewhat of a calmer demeanor about this election in particular...well, maybe not calmer, but at least without constant agitation and exhaustive mental gymnastics trying to follow twisted logic and snarky retorts...you get all that you want in GD if you need it!
