KING: Reports of Bernie Sanders campaign’s death have been greatly exaggerated

http://www.nydailynews.com/news/election/king-bernie-sanders-campaign-not-dead-article-1.2569123

Two weeks ago, the word was that Clinton campaign surrogates were going to begin calling for Bernie Sanders to drop out of the presidential primary once he got crushed in Michigan.

Polls had him down as much as 27% and the talk was that if he couldn't win there, where the economy is depressed and jobs have been siphoned off, then he couldn't win anywhere.

Well, he won Michigan and the calls for Bernie to drop out soon ceased.

I especially love what he says after numbering several reasons why Bernie should not drop out. "The bottom line is that it is primarily establishment politicians and corporate lobbyists who want Sanders to drop out. That alone should raise our suspicions. They never wanted him to win in the first place.

Keep on running Bernie — all the way to the convention!"

I agree wholeheartedly with his assessment. Thanks for posting this LiberalElite!

I concur with every point. Further proof lies in the fundraising. Since March 15, he has raised vast sums, including from a great many first-time donors. If that's not proof of the need to persevere, I don't know what is.

I also loved the Senator's comment a few days ago that dropping out now would be undemocratic. Right on!
