I just sent a response to this morning's email from the Sanders campaign

I sent them a link to this video from the Sane Progressive about the election fraud we witnessed yesterday in Arizona and asked them to protest yesterday's election by pursuing every possible course of action.

I let them know that while I still support Bernie Sanders and his platform, I am not going to continue to make financial contributions so he can play out a rigged primary process to the end. I would rather wait until November and see what becomes of this movement after the election, then determine if it is worth supporting financially.

a completely GOP controlled state.

Why are you so anxious to shift the blame away from Republicans who were in charge, and implying Dem voters were blocked by Dem officials in Arizona, and doing so as a threat to Sanders campaign who are the ones who are now looking into it?

Seems a bit odd to me - perhaps you just worded it awkwardly?

And, btw, I've watched scores of election returns and it is common for states to be called even at 1% showing on the board.
They know it from absentee ballots and from exit polls and from the early reporting counties and trends.

Mr blm worked for Knight-Ridder for 12 years. Newsrooms on election nights back in the day of the daily newspaper were busy places and they try to stay on top of the story based on the MATH that some of us don't like when it works against us and that we DO like when it works in our favor.

Sorry, but, I'm with Sanders because I believe he shares my Common Sense values and approach. I refuse to leave logic at the door to satisfy those who prefer to see this primary through created outrages.

These claims of "Election Fraud" everywhere by the Sanders Supporters is getting a bit more than old -- and this is coming from a Sanders Supporter. If the Sanders Campaign cannot launch a Early Voting Strategy to counteract what might be occurring at the polls -- claims of "Election Fraud" will NOT make up the difference. They never have and never will in a Presidential Election.

The Strategy needs to change quickly on behalf of both the Sanders campaign and Supporters -- and that is called Adopt a Early Voting Strategy ASAP or run as a Independent Candidate Now -- as this methodology of crying foul after the fact consistently will not win a damn thing.

we should not just accept, take for a given, that states will work to suppress voters, and find "clever workarounds." Instead we need to oppose the techniques and individuals used to suppress the vote. it's not about "changign the election" - I give a fuck less whether Bernie, or Hillary, or Vermin Supreme wins Arizona - it's about making sure that the voters get to fucking vote, and their votes are counted correctly.

Wed Mar 23, 2016, 01:59 PM

Less Than Two and a Half Months -- PLUS a RACE to run.

In other words, he does NOT have the time. If others want to pursue this with the campaign's support fine, they need to TAKE THE LEAD but Bernie Sanders need to focus on WINNING THE STATES AHEAD, PERIOD.

If not, he will lose the nomination, PERIOD.

As claims of "Election Fraud" has NEVER, EVER turned around a losing Presidential Nomination campaign. EVER. PERIOD.

And I answered the question since it is obvious you were avoiding doing so.

Anybody who puts election fraud in quotation marks as if it doesn't exist is somebody I have no use for. And I don't have any use for that podcast or whatever it is that you're peddling either.

But it is the truth. It is about WINNING an ELECTION not running around, posting videos about "Election Fraud" claims as that is not going to win the ELECTION and that is what matters.

Again, the truth, hurts.

I don't think it is the job of campaigns in a democracy to try to figure out workarounds to combat efforts to suppress voter turnout and to combat other forms of election fraud. I think it is their job to expose the voter suppression and fraud and to protest it in the courts if necessary.

Just like Al Gore in 2000. Sanders and his campaign don't have time in less than three months left to run on "Election Fraud" as a strategy is a periled mission frankly, as nearly no one cares enough to do anything about it in that short amount of time.

The campaign needs to adopt a robust EARLY VOTING STRATEGY or settle for losing the nomination as "Election Fraud" claims are not winning any elections in any of the previous states it was claimed, thus far this year and that is a FACT.

I saw this brought up in another post.

Does anyone know, could that have been done in AZ? What about in Caucus states? And in the remaining states, how many have early voting/vote by mail systems?

I would think, because I still believe that his campaign has been very smart, that they would have already pushed this.

It does seem like something that needs a push.

Like the woman in the video said, he owes this to the people who volunteer and donate, I couldn't agree more. There is no prize for second place in an election. We are volunteering and donating so that we do not have to endure a Hillary presidency which would be disastrous for the 99%. This is a fight that needs to happen and soon, like yesterday soon.
