Recent news reports indicate that the FBI is investigating former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for granting favors to her family’s foundation donors and for its systematic accounting fraud. In January, the Sunday Times of London cited former Judge Andrew Napolitano, a conservative libertarian and frequent Fox News guest, as saying that the FBI was taking evidence “seriously” and that Hillary “could hear about that soon from the Department of Justice.”

It’s hard to believe that the Obama administration and its hideously politicized Justice Department would ever indict Ms. Clinton, given that President Barack Obama picked her for secretary of state and its clear favoritism toward her in the presidential race. But there is massive evidence that shows financial abuses—including money laundering—at the Clinton Foundation and overwhelming evidence that donors were helped by Ms. Clinton.

To take one of so many examples, there’s the case of Clinton Foundation donor Claudio Osorio—who is now housed at a federal prison serving 12 years for fraud—who in 2010, with Ms. Clinton’s (and Bill Clinton’s) help, won a $10 million loan from the Overseas Private Investment Corporation.

9. The real problem

A handful of accusations can be called RW smear attacks and can be excused away . But after all the accusations made against the Clintons over the 30 years of public life, there has to be some truth in the accusations. The only reason the Clintons have been able to brush off all these accusations is their money, power and political equity. Since Nixon, when has there ever been as many accusations against a politician?

I am sorry, but there have been too many instances of criminal and unethical activities to be just RW political smears.

under investigation speaks volumes to me. The arrogance! The head of the FBI is Republican. While I realize Obama won't have her indicted, if she is elected and the Senate stays under GOP control, they will start impeachment proceedings the day she is inaugurated! The only good outcome is for her to be exonerated by the FBI prior to the convention, and I just don't see that happening.

The allegations here are very damning if true and are easily corroborated. Some Venezuelan crook is hiding in FLA and tried to take down a decorated DEA agent by lying to the FBI and a grand jury. The case against the agent was so transparently bad that the judge took it out of the jury's hands and just acquitted the guy and reamed the prosecution. That is amazing. He's still here in the States after all this.

The name Clinton has become synonymous with corruption, scandal and backroom dirty dealing.

Of course the Hillbots don't care. "It's a RW smear."
