D.C. to Hold Emergency Vote to Get Sanders on Ballot

March 31, 4pm

D.C. Council will vote on putting Bernie Sanders’ name on the primary ballot after the local Democratic Party submitted registration paperwork a day late and a voter filed a challenge, News4 reports.

D.C. Board of Elections determined the board cannot certify Sanders for the June 14 ballot because local Democratic party submitted his name, as well as Hillary Clinton’s, 1 day after deadline, people close to the board tell News4

A Democratic voter in D.C. filed a challenge against the Sanders campaign’s registration; no complaint was filed against Clinton’s registration

DC filed a day late; complaint filed against Sanders but not against Clinton? With all the other weird stuff going on it makes you think this was planned by the DNC to work this way.

At the very least, Benie's campaign has shined a bright spot light into the creepy corners of the Democratic Party. It infuriates this life long Dem.

reporting is that both were filed late and then it was a "voter" who challenged the late registration of Sanders. Meaning only that no one challenged the other which was also late (?) or perhaps someone has now and that is what leads us to some kind of mutual mulligan.

It sounds like they are going to do the right thing and put them both on the ballot.

Do this...OK Done. Yeah but we fucked up-let's try again? It should not be allowed. He met their requirements already.
