Salon: tRump did Bernie a favor by chickening out

As a TYT fan myself, I was initially excited for Bernie to get a shot at directly confronting the buffoon directly, with a wide audience. And to perhaps highlight the missing debate with Clinton that she had agreed to.
After reading this, now I'm sure what to think.
Maybe it would have led to Bernie sinking to Trashy Trump's level.
