I haven't logged out of DU for ten years.

Come June 16 I plan on logging out and letting this thing blow by. I may read but I do not plan on taking part with my hands tied behind my back. It already feels like many Bernie supporters have moved on!

Best just to go over to Jackpine Radicals where we are wanted. Much like the Democratic Party, DU does not seem to want progressives/liberals any more.

Hillary can not win the general election. Frankly, without all the suppression, affiliation changing without the person's consent, and other primary rigging, she would be behind 10s of millions of votes. Where the voting was not rigged, Bernie won by 70% to her 30% and that didn't count the Independents and Republican crossovers.

She did do well in some states that will never vote Democratic Party in my lifetime, so those votes need to be ignored when assessing her chances in the general election.

Trump will continue to try to out Hillary Hillary on issues, hoping NOT to be elected, but that doesn't seem to be having the desired effect.

I suspect that in order to remove Trump from the race, he will be brought up on charges; however, as long as Obama and his "Justice" Department are protecting Hillary, she won't be. Whomever the Republicans run will clobber her and perhaps then, in the ashes of the once great Democratic Party, an actual democratic Democratic Party will arise.

The 16th is my birthday so I will plan on not adding to the coffers for certain. Drop out and regroup.

The interface takes a bit getting used to but they are working on it. There are no ads other than one that is a reminder to contribute to Bernie via ActBlue. However, most of the great posters from DU are over there and many more will be there full time come June 16th.

By the way, Happy Birthday on June 16th. Hope to see you there.

I spent most of my forties under * and then had a reprieve with President Obama. I will turn sixty under the next President and am feeling the strain of existing under most options. Time will tell and until them it's one foot in front of the other! Have an awesome weekend!

When the great unify occurs I will log out for the last time. I did it when Dailykos went all Hillary, and ya know I don't miss it. Sure that DU as it used to be will become a faded memory as well. THERE will always be a place to raise our voices, just not on DU.
Who is this "Skinner " everyone speaks of, a god? No just another fool who thinks he has power over our voices!
See all you wonderful people at JPR and wherever our voices land.
