Why are so many Bernie supporters congratulating Hillary and conceding before Bernie himself has?

and when I suggested that the person wasn't really a Bernie supporter, a Hill supporter jumped in to defend them as a staunch Bernie supporter and castigate me for questioning their loyalty to Bernie.

Therefore, this does not surprise me.

Bernie IS, according to ALL state exit polls, already the candidate with the most pledged delegates. Not the queen 👑. That's a FACT.
