The most recent of that crew to throw his support behind Clinton is Vice President Joe Biden, whom many were eyeing as an emergency backup in the days when Bernie Sanders was putting a substantial dent in his opponents momentum.

(39,451 posts)7. Me too. Been following him since 2004 when I saw him screaming his head off at a gaggle of
reporters for giving credibility to the Swiftboat liars. It was a Kerry rally that C-Span was airing.
I never heard of him before that. Followed him ever since and was thrilled when Obama picked him as our Veep.
