One never knows what to believe. If all criticism of Dem politicians is banned, then I see no reason to post here. It isn't that I particularly like criticizing, but the idea that DU should be a rah rah echo chamber holds no interest for me. Politicians need to be criticized in order to keep them from ignoring the People completely.

Back in 04 and 08 criticism of Dems was allowed. We shall see if that has ended.

But I don't see the DU Sanders group ever being what it was, with all the folks who left. It was a vibrant community.

Far as I'm concerned, they can kmfa-- those people are the same kinds who were I not getting medical'd out, would feel no guilt sending me, my brother, or any of my brothers and sisters in arms to die for foreign oil. I wish them all nothing but ill luck until they can learn what it means to actually be progressive, rather than overlooking someone's skewed moral compass to make history.

coming back here long after the thrill was gone from this site. I found you at the other place, but it is in need of much improvement -- specifically allowing your extensive curation of the political satirists' best work -- before I will be comfortable.

Shit happens, things change, I still don't like it but I better get used to it.

The software there is a PITA to deal with. On a good day I can find 20-30 toons worthy of posting. But there each one has to be individually tagged and only 8 per post allowed. So I end up just posting a few. I have put in a request that the next version allow more images and easier image posting, but it may be a limitation of the software package they are using.

And maybe I will be surprised at post-primary DU, and they will allow toons like the one above to stay. We shall see.

It will be a sad day if you leave, n2. Not sure what I'm going to do. Haven't decided how I'm going to vote. Trump scares me. Clinton scares me. Every time I vote for the lesser of two evils the dem party shifts further to the right. If I vote for HRC, I will be voting for someone who would have been considered a republican back when I joined the dem party.

At any rate, I've enjoyed the cartoons & your other contributions to the board. See you on the other side, I hope!
