FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - A Pike County man has been indicted on multiple charges of election fraud in connection with the recent statewide primary.
Attorney General Andy Beshear announced Tuesday that a Franklin County grand jury has charged Keith Justice, 50, of Pikeville with four counts of intimidating an election officer and one count of interfering with an election involving a precinct in Pike County on May 17, 2016.
The investigation began after a complaint was filed by the Pike County Clerk's office.
The Attorney General is responsible for investigating and prosecuting election law violations, Beshear said. We take seriously our duty to ensure honest and fair elections for all Kentuckians.
It's difficult to find articles that describes exactly what lead up to the election fraud charges but I did find this:

5 counts, 5 years per count, I hope this clown gets to move in with some of his victims. Yall know what im talkin about.
He helped steal the election in Pike co. when the machines were all taken offline and "adjusted" only to come back online with 5000 fewer votes!! The dem secretary of state probably hired his PI firm.
Hypocrites, lawmen are too often lawbreakers
(shout out to the GOOD COPS OF THE WORLD, i support ya! get the Keith Justices out of your ranks, out of business, we all bleed blue!)

(10,056 posts)There was nothing done by the State Democratic Party after the obvious vote rigging that gave us Bevins, so there will be nothing done when it is the candidate of choice of the party elites.

(9,006 posts)Geez, they are easily hacked, and so many people like Mr. Justice (isn't that cute), can do what he did.
The Democrats have failed to insist on a paper trail, and we know the GOP ain't gonna go for it.
I'll vote, but without confidence.
