http://democracynow.org - For months, actor Rosario Dawson has been campaigning across the country for Bernie Sanders. She spoke in Chicago at The People’s Summit on how to build off the momentum generated by Sanders’ campaign.

Corporations have only rules, and predictive outcomes from robotic actions. Their power lies within a suspension of self awareness by millions.

Bernie says (and Rosario, and Naomi, etc.) it's actually more productive and rewarding to care for one another by building more sincere relationships to build more lasting communities. 50 years of disapointing politicians and failed policies by selling ourselves short had made us bitter and timid.

Bernie woke us up.
