4. I just got back from her victory party

in Kingston, NY.
We stand a good chance to win this one. We will show the establishment that Berniecrats like Zephyr can win, and shall change things in DC.
When Teachout ran in the primary against Cuomo this is the area in NY where she did best. It is also an area where Bernie won 2/3 of the vote.
Teachout can open the doors, and give us a much more transparent view of what is going on, and how we can change it.
The former district of our great Congressman, Maurice Hinchey, shall be Democratic again!

6. Now comes the hard part

This is an open seat because the Republican incumbent is retiring. In the GOP primary, the easy winner was John Faso, a former Republican leader in the State Assembly, who has a LOT of SuperPAC money behind him.

The district has a PVI of D+1, indicating that it's definitely a swing district.

9. Since I won't be contributing to Sanders anymore, her campaign will get my $$.

10. Faso shall lose.

The corruption in Albany made him what he is, and people know it. Faso is coming off of two big losses. He lost to Cuomo in '06 and he lost a Comptroller race in '02 to Hevasi. He was an Assemblyman for a few years, and is considered an Albany insider. This makes him highly vulnerable, especially against someone like Zephyr Teachout, who has fought against fracking, and helped to bring new awareness to the corruption in Albany.
She can win this quite well, especially with her energy and her experience.
