Bernie Sanders to Campaign for Hillary Clinton in Wisconsin on Wednesday October 5, 2016


On Wednesday, October 5, Senator Bernie Sanders will campaign in Madison and Green Bay for Hillary Clinton and Russ Feingold. Sanders will discuss Hillary Clinton's plan to build an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top, and Donald Trump's plan, which would benefit himself and other millionaires and billionaires.

At the event, Sanders will say let's raise the minimum wage to a living wage, let's combat climate change and move to sustainable energy, let's make public colleges and universities tuition free, let's end a broken criminal justice system. Most importantly, let's defeat Donald Trump and make Hillary Clinton our next president.

With more people voting in this election than any in history, Sanders will also urge Wisconsinites to get involved in organizing their communities ahead of November's election and to check their registration status at iwillvote.com.
