Bernie Sanders thinks Obama administration 'should kill' the AT&T-Time Warner deal

Bernie Sanders has voiced his criticism of the AT&T-Time Warner merger, stating that it would be of no benefit to the American people. The Vermont senator also called on the Obama administration to take action and "kill" the deal.

"The administration should kill the Time Warner/AT&T merger," Sanders said in a tweet posted on 23 October. "This deal would mean higher prices and fewer choices for the American people."

Media and banking need to be busted up in the worst way. One company owns all of the TV stations in my town. They even share 1 meteorologist! You hear the same playlist on several radio stations, variety has gone out of the door.

Reagan started the deregulation craze, but the 1996 Telecom Act cinched it with the media.

We cannot survive as a democratic republic with a corporate-owned consolidated media.

Hope everyone takes Bernie's lead and fights this abomination.

Seriously.
