As day one of #SisterGiant comes to an end, here are a few important points in Bernie Sanders' closing remarks:
1. The vast majority of Americans - on all sides of the political spectrum - are good people who want the best for our country.
2. Authoritarians need to manufacture hate - up to and including war - to distract the public from their policies and lack of leadership. Don't let them.
2. We cannot despair.
3. We must be smart and informed.
4. Run for office - especially local elections.
