1. I am a devoted fan of Bernie.

However, it is important that progressives, like Bernie and Barack, show a common face in order to grab control of our government again. Then, if they feel it necessary, there is nothing wrong with some public disagreement. While there were some times when I thought that Obama could have done things differently, I did not see the benefit of airing our differences when we need a united front to save our country.

He ran as a progressive, but governed as a right-leaning centrist.

Regardless how you think of Bernie, and I do disagree with you, if we keep airing our differences when we are going to hell in a hand-basket under the conservatives, we need to come together to stop them from keeping power. Once we are back in control, yes by all means say how you feel about and him, and again I think you are about ten thousand miles off base, but you have every right to say it, if you feel that is true. What is so wrong about waiting till November to say so.

The way our opinions on social media have been used to divide us, let us just speak with one voice until we take back, at least the house. I do not believe Bernie is running for anything then so let it go until then.

6. In the vast neoliberal vs. progressive divide, I come down strongly on the side of progressives.

For example, the neoliberals in the Senate recently joined the Republicans in voting to gut Dodd-Frank, rendering them de facto Republicans on policy.

Just because our elected people are not all progressives, that does not negate anything I said. Some states are so red that a blue dog candidate that wins in the primary is still better than the alternative which may be a radical neocon like Ted Cruz or or that Nunes character. I do no believe that even blue dogs want to shut down medicare/medical, nor do they want to privatize the VA (Ihope) and trash the environment. We are never going to win if we wait for a house full of progressives, although we can always dream.

2. We can't live in a bubble, we have to be able to talk about our problems.

I want the Democratic Party to be the party of the 90% as we should be. The vast majority of Americans who are losing ground everyday should be Democrats, no question. We have got to give them a platform to vote for and Bernie does that.

5. I was and am a big fan of Bernie's.

However as soon the primary was finished, I supported Hillary, who I also thought would do a good job. However our problems right now are the republicans and so I think we should use all our energy bashing them and do whatever we can to make them unemployed. This constant back and forth about our candidates in the last primary eventually has to be put to bed and I think we should let the primaries play out without giving our enemies more ammunition. What I think we doing now is forming a circular firing squad and and then reloading as fast as possible just in case any of our candidates is still left standing.
