Related: About this forumTrump now beating Clinton
http://liberalvaluesblog.com/2015/09/05/trump-now-beating-clinton-in-head-to-head-poll-sanders-biden-more-competitive/-It is also interesting that Sanders and Biden come closer. At this time it is not known whether Biden will enter the race, and his support could go in either direction if he is seen as a candidate. Sanders has been on an upward trajectory as Clintons support has been falling, especially in the battle ground states, and Sanders now looks like the most electable of the candidates who is currently in the race. While Clintons support is more limited to strong Democratic voters, Sanders is showing greater ability to reach out to independents.

(92,174 posts)3. The troubling point is supposedly all the Democrats lost to an avid racist, which even if the poll
is an outlier, which I feel it is, there are a significant number in the United States who share the views of Trump. That should alarm every sane person in the country.
"Among the 1,000 adults polled, Trump won 45 percent to Clintons 40 percent with 16 percent of respondents undecided.
Trump also beats out Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders by 44 percent to 40 percent and Vice President Joe Biden by 44 percent to 42 percent."
