(41,118 posts)Let me know if you can't find it ok? There are a Bunch of great images in the BSG OP link, 'Banners, avatars, logos' at the very top.
It's easy to copy them so you can use in different places. Just let us know.
I added to my signature line below, the small green Bernie icon size 'It's Happening' logo from the list a few minutes ago.

(11,945 posts)Hope my FDR avatar is okay -- some of us think he might do for this country what FDR did. We're hoping, anyway!

(11,945 posts)-- as I told you in my previous comment, which you read, right? If you can prove it's Wilson, I'll replace it. I got it from the DU collection.
But you know, I hope people aren't "judging" others on their avatars. I really hope that wasn't the intent of your previous comment to me. Seriously hope not, as I like you and want to continue to do so. Anyone who reads my comments knows I'm totally for Bernie. I'm also giving him more money every month than I really afford. So...
Also my sig line emblem came from the Bernie Group.
Now, if you want to do something with my hair or clothing style, I might appreciate it.

(41,118 posts)Photo of Wilson, Democrat, 29th Pres. (1913-1921), a decade or so before Roosevelt. Whatever you think, glad you're a Bernie supporter- what we're here for! Cheers and Go Bernie! Feel the Bern!

(11,945 posts)I appreciate your taking the time, and you are indeed far more sharp-eyed than me. I seriously thought it was FDR! Have never taken much interest in Wilson, though of course he had his uses and was not a bad person. So I changed it to one that appears to be FDR. Wish they had a jauntier one, but the selection is random & limited. That's okay, I'll take what I can get.
Now I'm a little embarrassed that people thought I was big on Wilson.
However, I still believe that people should not be judged on their avatars.
Thanks again!
p.s., I'll fiddle around with the sig line when feeling better (was up last night w/food poisoning, no fun.)

(41,118 posts)and all pols and people have issues don't we know. I studied portraiture so facial images are of interest, sorry to surprise you. Many people here are very well informed and don't hesitate to question a word choice or correct an error, fairly bluntly.
I glanced at the tiny political icons. And unless you knew them, you could easily mistake US Grant for Jeff Davis or Freud!
For an avatar I'd like to use a family photo, but have no idea how to do that.
Anyway, take care and feel the Bern!

(11,945 posts)Maybe you could ask the administrators how to put your own photo in the avatar space -- or look through the existing topics. Other sites have a "browse" option where you can browse your own pics and upload one, but I didn't see anything like that here. Yet, some people have done it -- so it can be done.
Yep, feeling the Bern. Today I would add, be careful out there; some folks don't like Bernie supporters...

(41,118 posts)Yes indeed, there are many against Bernie here, even more as HRC appears to be declining in the polls rapidly. That must be a drag but we still have a long time to go, and the ammo against Bernie is being readied now. What we're seeing is lightweight compared to what's coming. It will be very ugly and distorted because of the major threat he poses. But we must persevere!
Go Bernie Go!

(568 posts)No other candidate inspires this kind of support.
And, I kid you not, this may seem insignificant but it's representative of what will win this thing.
And, it's the kind of support dark money can't buy.

(40,656 posts)it will be a turning point for the world. We cannot go on longer this way. My premonitions are never wrong. I had them for my parent's deaths and other awful things. I feel nothing but good calm vibes about Bernie's ambitions.

But then I think, just go with it!!

(41,118 posts)would quote him, not so in my time. But I've followed his remarkable work later.
Appalachia is a wondrous place for natural beauty especially the mountains, rivers, forests, woodlands & wildlife. Montani Semper Liberi ~ Mountaineers are Always Free. ~ A unique place to grow up. As kids we found may apples, jack in the pulpits, lady slipper orchids & other wildflowers in the woods & sometimes discovered arrow heads by streams.
Autumn is a colorful symphony & mild Indian Summers, Sept. -Oct., are heaven, perfect for apple butter!
Prior to 1800, a squirrel could jump from tree to tree in dense forests from the Atlantic coast to the Mississippi River without ever touching the ground. That's something.
I've traveled west to Seattle & Vancouver; Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, breathtaking; the majestic Grand Tetons of Wyoming; New Mexico's Sangre de Cristo mountains; Colorado's Rockies & Waimea Canyon in Kauai. Maybe one day I'll see Alaska, I'd love that!

(11,945 posts)I've thought about the effect of Bernie and Pope Francis on the world. Two remarkably good men touching the world with a message of kindness and caring at this time in history. Kinda gives ya tingles, makes me grateful to be here at for it.
So please keep on premonitioning!
