http://www.dailykos.com/story/2015/10/02/1426925/-Biden-I-m-Not-Bernie-SandersInteresting statement from uber-Establishment potential candidate for the Democratic nomination, Joe Biden:
Speaking to the Concordia Summit on public-private partnerships in New York City, Biden mentioned his potential rival in an aside about lingering issues with the economy.
The vice president continued by saying that its in the interest of employers to compensate their employees well so they can go out and buy the goods and services their companies produce.
So he acknowledges that there is widespread concern about income inequality and the concentration of wealth, he's just not willing to lead an effort to do anything to fix it beyond asking employers to pay their employees more.
Yeah right, that's going to just happen if he asks nicely.l Americans snap?

(14,691 posts)ok so now we know for sure we will continue to go nowhere fast during a Biden presidency.
P.S.: seems like a subtle dig at Bernie's supporters too. Joe's a No-Go IMO.

Gee, Joe, good thing FDR didn't take that attitude.

(20,166 posts)I don't dislike Biden, but I'm also not a big fan. He has an inspiring personal story (for the most part) that's deeply entwined with the ruling corrupt political establishment of this country.

(45,251 posts)IMO, Biden will not run until Hillary is ready to drop out and I don't think that will happen before the deadline for him to jump in, if ever.
Ed Suspicious
(8,879 posts)It lost any hope at my support. Probably drops him to even with Clinton.
