If he voted for the PLCAA it is my opinion that the charge of gun nut sticks.

You vote on your hot button issues, I'll vote on mine.

I own rather a lot of them and hold a federal firearms license. Got nothing against guns have a lot against people who support the gun industry to the point the PLCAA does.

and for the NRA that one vote is all it takes to get an F. Other than that and limiting magazines to 15 rounds every other vote was along NRA lines and the PLCAA was the most egregious. I could overlook the others as minor infractions with little repercussion, but not the PLCAA vote.

As I said, vote your issues and I'll vote mine.

against a reply in LBN so I felt justified in posting my response here.

I do understand the need for safe haven groups, probably more than you know.

I'm leaving now.

That said this is a safe haven and my remarks don't belong here. I'm lucky to not be banned. For that I'm gratefull.

Good thing he represents a small minority of Hillary supporters,
even a small minority of trolls.

16. Maybe Bernie can turn this whole "lack of gun control is conservative" mantra around

I should preface that with the notion that the drug war didn't stop drugs. I'll let you make the parallel.

Is it that gun nuts that end up in the spotlight tend to be conservative? Is that even true?

Bernie's gun position, or lack of one that includes a federal intervention, I feel will get him votes from the oddest bedfellows. Who knows, maybe that's the demographic that will put a very careful and intelligent Senator into the White House.

But I'm tired of cowering whenever an established meme is used to label liberals. Our hearts are the same as theirs, and they aren't bleeding. The welfare queens sit in the buildings next to the ones where they invented that phrase. It has five sides.

What I'm hoping for is face time whereby Bernie can express his solutions to problems such that the tired liberal labels dissolve. Come on gun nuts, vote for Bernie.
