Honest straightforward humane progressive truth-telling with no bullshit
from a man who's been doing just that for his whole political life.

What a wasteful diversion.

But I want a friggin democrat to win in 2016, not a socialist who has no chance. There is just no way and I see Nader all over agoin. Sanders who is sucking a lot of the young talent and energy Hillary could use to try and beat the GOP. You rather promote a guy who says nice things now but who might be the cause of a democrat loss in 2016 go for it. No wonder many of the quality thinkers of DU have moved on people are getting insane as the GOP in here. THINK OF THE BIG PICTURE

And they're in the same party.

I'll take democracy over plutocracy every time. One step at a time; and Bernie Sanders is the one step we won't get with any other candidate.

I want primary candidates who will represent my voice. Sanders does that.

It can be argued, but I believe there is only a line that moves away from reality as one moves from liberal to conservative.

*Disclaimer: what I am referring to as "reality" is the construct that society makes, not the real world where it's brutal. The liberal reality is one where we all have the right to live in relative comfort. The conservative reality is one where if you are lucky you can live comfortably, otherwise you are living in the brutal reality; the very one we as a society have worked so hard to transcend.
