I wonder if it was set up to be mobile. Smart if that were the case.

I wonder if this is an overpass to the 163 or the 805? Lived most my life in North County but am now residing in South Riverside County to be closer to my work.

We've been doing overpass bannering on I5 during afternoon commutes. Waving, flashing headlights, and even honking (WA state drivers tend to reserve horns for imminent collisions), and the occasional bird flipped.

The 1% can certainly afford to do it.

Oh right. To do this, they would have to get out of their cars and be seen by the peons. Can't have that, now can we? Of course, they could certainly hire someone to do their dirty work.
