That was the word Hillary Rodham Clinton used to describe the "undercover" sting videos conducted by the Center For Medical "progress" to conspire against Planned Parenthood. That is why I find Planned Parenthoods endorsement of Clinton so odd.

(5,420 posts)And know how vindictive she can be. That may be the reason for some other endorsements as well. If she wins they can't afford to be on her shit list?

(6,145 posts)"Rare" seems like a strange word to throw in doesn't it?
That's equivocating third way language, not the language of an abortion rights champion. Her record is good but when you hear a politician talk like that you wonder if they might "evolve" in the wrong direction if the political climate changed.

(592 posts)It would have been much better not to endorse until after the Primary. You know there was a call made asking to please endorse now, likely with a little pressure added. This tells me somebody may be panicking a little bit, but that was NOT in PPs best interest as I am seeing all over the place people stopping their contributions.
Not that this means much, but I just tonight removed my PPact pink overlay on Twitter because I Stand with Bernie and I do not want anybody misunderstanding that by 'standing with PP' I favor HC. I know, life and death it isn't.
I will continue to support PP and a woman's right to choose. I just will no longer do so publicly or financially until post primary.
