Churchill said to the effect that it's easy to rat out; it takes some skill to re-rat.

If so, it's a shame.

If Dean wishes to do so, we should encourage that.

Leave being vindictive to the other candidates.

the better part of me believes this. However, I know dean and I use to support him as governor. A week ago he was campaigning hard for Hillary in NH. The network likely paid him to be there as a 'wonk'

By all means I hope that Bernie's people kept an eye on the good Doctor and took any advice with a grain of salt. But we don't need to slam the door in his face.

So maybe he's seeing the error of his previous ways.

Dean's a capable politician, proven to have real value to the party. He'd LOVE to see Debbie take a long walk off a short plank. He's no member of the Third Way, and he's been shafted by them repeatedly. But a guy has to survive, so he's been gamely trying. I think he's seen the next opportunity.

Bernie knows him, too. So if there's a basis for trust between them, we might just see some exponential growth in the campaign for the nomination shortly.

I would take this not as a sign of Dean's failures, but as a revelation of Bernie's success, and Dean's acknowledgement of it.

The best opportunities are two-way streets. This may be one of them. Right on schedule, too!

of Entrenched Establishment types...as they have been falling all over themselves to try and push The Annointed One, it became more and more of an eye opener.

When I heard him a few months ago, yapping about supporting "her", I added him to my List of Distrust.

Being from the west coast I'm not aware that he is visiting Bernie's headquarters.

Dean was at the Vermont pub and brewery in Burlington. He was not at Bernie headquarters. Sorry for the confusion. Dean praised Bernie on a number of accounts, but you could tell that he wasn't buying it. He was on with Chris Hayes.

But, I don't think he will ever do that. It looks flippy floppy, but he could advocate for everything Bernie wants and slowly back away from the Turd Way Dems.
