Please give info on Brown and Black Forum...website? url? That's going to leave a mark, I've got to think. Kind of a first introduction.

I have another newbie question...what's the difference between a caucus state and a voting state?

I'm from a voting state, so here's how it works in Illinois.

We register to vote.
We get a voter ID that has our name, address, district and polling place on it.
We go to our polling place and for the primary we're asked what party we're voting and are given that party's ballot. Then we vote. In the GE there's just one ballot with all candidates on it.

Hope this helps!

Sit in a room for an hour while people verbally suggest resolutions which get voted on by a show of hands.

Then walk to another room and vote on paper for the presidential candidate.
