New Sanders TV ad focuses on Social Security

http://berniepost.com/2016/01/new-sanders-tv-ad-focuses-on-social-security/

Presidential candidate Bernie Sanders is set to air a new television ad in the early-voting states of Iowa and New Hampshire, focusing on social security.

In the ad, Sanders outlines his plan for social security, affirming that rather than cutting social security, he would expand it.

Senator Sanders has introduced legislation to make the wealthiest Americans who make more than $250,000 a year pay the same share of their income into the retirement system as everyone else.

Current law now caps the amount of income subject to payroll taxes at $118,500.

“I hope Hillary Clinton joins us because I believe that we’ve got to stand with seniors,” Sanders said.
