Question about pinned posts for Bernie Group

We have a bunch. We're trying to keep it to a minimum, but there are so many GREAT, WONDERFUL, OUTSTANDING, UNIQUE things about Senator Bernie Sanders, it's difficult to have only a few.

I was wondering if anyone cares how many pinned posts we have. If so, please suggest what they should be. Currently, though they are pretty well grouped to certain subjects, maybe we should have more subjects under one post? Or, perhaps, broken out even further.

It's a small thing but it matters to some people trying to find something. Additionally, it seems on some mobile version, only the pinned posts can be seen. At least not without having to scroll down.

We want to get the best and most current information up for you while making it easy to find

So I went ahead and pinned it. I do, however, have to bow to what the main host, and majority of hosts, want. Waiting to see what they want.

That said, I would prefer a cap on the pinned threads. I suggest 4, but like I said I would go with the flow.

The following is just like my opinion man.

Steve's link to the DU ActBlue I think can be merged into the Welcome and official links thread.

We should have a positions/quotes thread.

A multimedia thread for memes, videos, logos, etc.

An opposition research thread so that when we contrast Bernie's record with other records, we have facts and not speculation.

Maybe a fifth thread for activism/events

When they get too full or long, a host can start a new one that links to the prior ones and replace the pinned thread.

8. Hoot had some good suggestions about merging some posts if things get more crowded. But seven

pinned posts right now seems fine, maybe no more than ten. After that maybe, think about merging posts.

The pinned posts we have now are important.

The Voting Registration by state should definitely stay.

Steve's too should stay imo. Donations for Bernie are very important.

The videos and the avatars/siglines also.

In fact everything that is pinned right now seems good to me.

But as I said, if it seems to be growing then maybe consider Hoot's suggestions.

This is pretty much what I think. I am hoping to get a few more votes and thoughts on this. I understand that on a mobile version it's not as easy to see anything but pinned posts but it's not hard to scroll down either. I think 10 should definitely be the limit though. Can't imagine anything that couldn't fit into one of 10 categories
