Sanders Campaign Defends Iowans

NASHUA, N.H. — U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders’ campaign spokesman Michael Briggs issued the following statement Thursday after an aide to Sec. Hillary Clinton said she gave a speech to “shake some sense” into Iowans:

“This is a strange way to appeal to Iowans who already have lots of common sense. That’s why they picked Barack Obama in 2008 and that’s why we are confident they will caucus for Bernie on February 1.”

At some point something "shakes some sense into them" and they realize what easily avoidable blunders they've generated...again!

I wonder if her staff is not playing well or effectively together.

After all her experience with all of Bill's campaigns and her Senate and 2008 Presidential campaigns, she STILL CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO STAFF her campaign with competent, effective people.

Why in HELL should we elect her to the presidency with responsibility to staff the Presidential cabinet and the top levels of federal administrative agencies?!?!?

Not to mention these ineffective, incompetent, clueless staff members and advisors fully anticipate being first in line at the federal government feeding trough, amIright, Vern?,

Not to mention the loser relatives and in-laws of her major corporate donor execs!

And they are programmed/trained to use Karl Rove tactics and that is her campaign problem. Then she also has Bill who loves those dirty tricks.

That line ( "shake some sense into Iowa voters&quot reminds me of when Trump snarled, "How stupid are they?," when Iowa voters had Carson ahead in the polls the first time.

Iowa voters pride themselves on being especially aware and knowledgeable voters. They really, really hate being patronized and insulted by pols who claim they don't know what they are doing.
