hope there is a little coin to go w that. maybe a staffer to coordinate the campaigns. some lit. something.
even shoestrings cost money. but they sure are a good investment.

Biden has a surprising number of ties to SC, relationships fostered over decades. He and his family have always loved the state, vacationed there and made lots of friends. These endorsements are no doubt a product of Biden reaching out, staying in touch and developing networks of friends and colleagues over the years.
