I have tons of respect for this woman, she is the real deal. I choked up a bit, b/c the notes are undoubtedly pleas for help.

I know it's tribal. My political thoughts always include my roots. Just another Democratic hillbilly am I. "Country roads take me home...." I do not research DU users, so no idea where you are coming from unless you put it in print.

you can feel the love she has for our country and the people in it. If we could get her in office she'd fight like hell for us.

If she's not my preferred candidate, it's only because my best-case scenario is someone tough and ruthless to come in and clean up the mess Trump will leave, seriously this time. Bush left a mess, and a whole lot of criminality got a pass for the sake of a crashed economy that was in dire need. This time around the cancer needs cut out, and there's a lot of people who need to answer for what they've done. Warren would be a good choice, but I'd rather see a good hammer at this point than a good heart. And maybe it's best that I'm just one vote...
