I'm starting to think

That I would really, really like a Warren/Harris ticket. Doesn't matter which way it goes for me as to who is p or vp. I just think Warren has the policies and Harris could be the enforcer. Although both my wife and I think this could fail because of the misogynists and their disdain for estrogen. How sad is this country when two of the most viable candidates might not be considered because of their genetics? I guess the same country that thinks women don't have a choice over their own healthcare. Ugh

Just as you said, Warren has the policies and Harris could be the enforcer.

Harris has shown that she is an excellent verbal attack dog. That's what the VP is supposed to do.

yesterday morning and the more I thought about it the more I liked it then the realization swept over me...two women, no way. This misogynist country couldn't even elect one woman, nothing has changed in the past two years to make a two woman ticket a reality. Both are smart, experienced, etc yet they are the wrong sex for American voters.

Misogyny was only one reason HRC lost to Trump.

There were many other factors including:
- HRC was known to be unpopular from the start,
- HRC did not campaign in some critical areas,
- Comey,
- arcane rules about registering as a Dem, (a lot of people couldn't change parties due to the rules)
- gerrymandering and vote suppression,
- weirdness with the extreme left of Bernie's support,
- Russian propaganda muddying the social media waters,
- so much more.

Trump is losing some support. I believe we can elect whomever we want as long as we stick together.

But the time for togetherness is not now. I want a robust primary, where the best ideas float to the top.

I think Biden would make a great president, if he had Warren's policies.

Many of those three million votes -- like mine -- were vote-for-the-Dem votes, not pro-HRC votes.

Back in the day, I lived in NY. I happily voted for her as Senator. I thought she'd be great, but ultimately, was not happy with her in the role.

She was too close to Wall St and supported the Bush war mongers. She's buddy-buddy with Henry Kissinger. (Terrible optics.)

I'll be much happier with Warren.

But I will never buy the Hillary warmonger meme. If she was president I don't think we would be on the brink of war with Iran. She has gotten so much flack for no reason other than the fact the right wingers pushed these ideas.

I remember things differently. She made speeches on the floor of the Senate agreeing with the pro-war position.

When I was in HS, I got into a strange conversation with a friend's mother. She was talking about how we need women in politics, in particular, a woman president, because a woman would never send anyone's sons off to war -- that women are the purveyors of life, not death.

It had an impact on me. I believed her.

HRC was not that woman. I think Warren might be.
