WOW Our Governor Rocks!

We love our Governor Jay Inslee the next president of the United States!

Jay will make a fantastic President as he has been a Governor and a Representative.

He has done it all and has the experience and background to knock that POS out of the White House and into everlasting incarceration.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

My sister and BIL live in the Seattle suburbs (sadly, I live in Texas). They love Inslee. I - as of today - think that Joe Biden is the strongest candidate, and granted, a lot of this has to do with how much exposure he's had throughout the years. And most it has been very positive, especially when he was serving as VP. But, it's early days and there's a long slog to the caucuses and primaries and onward. The single most negative thing I could say at this point about Biden is that he is getting up there in years. That matters, as it should. A man in his late seventies should be reason for pause. The same thing holds true for Sanders. The younger candidates should really be given scrutiny and encouragement. Someone like Jay Inslee is someone I could get behind. I am a huge fan of Harris and of Sherrod Brown as well, among others. The good thing is, the Dems have a lot of good possible choices. We'll just have wait and see what happens and this thing unspools.

She started off with her usual self-serving snark and attitude, regurgitating those ridiculous trmp talking points -- $600,000 cost to each family for green technology, no planes, trains or automobiles, no more hamburgers, etc. At first, he just reiterated his positions and then after she had gone off for the nth time, he informed her that no one was suggesting anything remotely like what she was blabbing about and that filtering this through donald trump was disingenuous and ill-informed.

Priceless. Love my guv.

He may not get the nomination, but he WILL raise the profile of this issue to the highest level.

Doesn’t hurt that he’s not bad-looking, for the superficial voters out there - and America is full of ‘em.

I actually sent him a donation after seeing him on Maddow’s show. I haven’t done that with anybody else. I look forward to a campaign button, too, once his people come up with one.

Looks make a BIG difference to some people. Absolutely. Consider ronald reagan.

I remember making note of people who didn’t like the way a candidate parted his hair!!! No joke! Eyebrows often made a difference, especially if they made someone look sinister.

If Jeff Merkley were ever running for higher office, for example, that’s the first thing I’d coach him to fix.

I may change as I see and hear more from the other candidates, particularly those who haven’t weighed in yet.

And regardless who winds up as our nominee (yes, even Bernie), I WILL vote for that person.

But at the moment, I haven’t heard or seen any who’ve hit the bullseye - for me, anyway, like Inslee has. You talk climate crisis, and you’ve automatically got my full attention. Nobody else has gone all in on that one. And its repercussions seep in across all the other issues we all care about as Dems.

If I’m gonna go elsewhere at least for now, whoever he or she is, they’re gonna have to best Inslee. And so far, even Harris (who I also like a lot) hasn’t quite gone that far yet.

I’m an Inslee girl.

I can easily get behind him. Please post a lot more on him, people who have known him as a leader of their state have a unique insight. My former governor is also running while I was always happy to vote for him he was affectionately known here as Governor Frackenlooper. While he was great on most things to me, with what we are facing, of the two I support Governor Jay Inslee.

but I have voted for Inslee for Governor of Washington each election that has come up for his election and I like what he has done for and tried to do for Washington state. I will try to find the interview with Rachael and others who interviewed him. I also like Beto and Warren so those are two others I would be comparing Inslee to. There is also the fact that Biden has not officially said he is going to run ( unless I have missed something. )

I saw Gov. Inslee on the Maddow show and he can speak from the cuff, without making it all about him or just filling space. I was unaware of his priorities and positions and find that after visiting his website, and public record, I couldn't ask for a better candidate.

I'm taking the next step in confirming my preference, since he is not taking PAC or big donor money, I will be sending a small donation via his website today or tomorrow.
