I didn't know he'd announced yet.

I'll give your poll some thought.

the poll to solicit points and counter-points. I'm liking Inslee a lot at this stage. He's got both legislative and executive experience, and he understands critical issues. Both Inslee and Harris would certainly carry the left-coast, but literally any Democratic candidate in the general will carry our region in my opinion. I included Sherrod because he's carried among the DU preference list, with > 1% preference at this time. I look at Harris as sort of a rock-star personality that might turn off significant parts of the electorate in some regions. Don't think Inslee has that drawback. He's more experienced than Harris, although as CA AG she has administrative background as well. I've said that the most important ability to me is "electability". Joe has electability covered, in spades. I am anxious to have a woman on the ticket, favoring Warren, Harris and Klobuchar among the current choices (in no particular order).

4. Inslee seemed to impress those who saw him on Rachel --

"I didn't expect to, but..." seems to be a variation on a theme that they're surprised at how favorably they reacted to him.

I didn't pay that much attention because I just trusted he'd do the right thing. He did piss me off once, though, but I forget what that was about.

2. Okay -- I voted for Inslee because I've been really happy with him

first hand as my Congressman then Governor.

I'd feel absolutely comfortable with any of the names on the poll, but I think because I feel like I "know" Inslee and totally trust him, he gets my vote today.

The DNC is fundraising off Biden running. I kicked in some money to the DNC on each of these polls

Joe Biden is the most electable candidate in the field

11. I agree. Eye on the prize. Electability is the most important ability, IMO. Biden has it.

I guess I’ll answer here that my second would probably be Harris with O’Rourke a close second. Harris/O’Rourke 2024!

Edit: If it looked like O’Rourke could pull in Texas, that would be huge, though. California will for sure go blue.

We have many fine Democrats in the 2020 pool.

I have zero doubts about whether Biben is going to run.

Let the crucible of the primary season steel our eventual ticket!

I also have zero doubts about Biden running. He is a soldier. He will run for the country and give us his all.
