He wasn't my first choice, but I liked him a lot. At least it saves a seat in the Senate.

If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

I think he would have made a great candidate and a great president, but I can't fault his decision not to run. I'm glad he's thinking strategically about the future of the Democratic party.

that has to be a real part of his decision. He said he just doesn't have the fire in his belly, and I don't see that either he or Chuck Schumer said they talked, but undoubtedly they did.

Senate minority leader Schumer has been trying to convince some of our best people who could keep/win senate seats in 2020 to commit to creating a senator majority rather than running for president or other position. And Senator Brown is certainly one of those.

primary today, I would vote for:

but am very happy that he is remaining in the Senate. Ohio needs him there, and so do we.

because we still get to keep him as a Democratic senator. DeWhine would probably appoint some repugnant Repub to replace him if he had to....

But, I thought he'd make a terrific President!

I wonder if he'd turn down an offer to be VP.

and I love Sherrod Brown. I really didn't want him to run for president because we need him to help fight for us. If not for him we would be screwed here.

guys.

I wanted Brown-Harris ticket. Under-septarian experience & next POTUS in training.

So how do I change my pick on primaries forum to "undecided"?

I wanted to keep him as my preference anyway but I guess the software is already updated.

I want a "none of the above" option now.

I like him a LOT - he's been in my top three (#2 on my current list) , and I would have been delighted to vote for him had he become the general election nominee. He'll still be doing great things, and Ohio needs him in the Senate, and we do have a deep bench of qualified candidates this time around, but.. still.
