2% is less than I'd expect. I'm also curious about the Buttigieg decline, but a one point drop is just statistical noise. Still, I'd have expected him to improve

Harris got so much attention for that attack on Biden that it kind of sucked all the air out of the room for everyone else.

Maybe she will have better luck next time. Buttigieg is still dealing with the aftermath of the shooting. As long as that's in people's minds he will go nowhere.

reply above, I just think Harris's attack on Biden took up all the coverage and attention for a while, unfortunately eclipsing the first night -- for Warren anyway. Castro got quite a bump, but I don't think he had nearly as much name recognition or media attention as Warren had before the debate, so a good debate performance that night (as I recall, most people seemed to think Warren and Castro did the best then) had a bigger impact on what had been a very low poll ranking for him.
