to be providers. Without providers the right is useless.
People choose to be providers. You cant demand that someone be there to treat you.
So it is unlike other rights.

although it's abused.

Medicare for All of course would guarantee payment for service.
If one enters the field of health care, that's a higher calling which carries a greater power and responsibility.

There would be exceptions: experimental treatment, optional procedures that would be helpful but not necessary, more expensive medications rather than less pricey options, etc.
