He could be trying to poison her image (possibly successful with you).

That said, Gabbard is near the bottom of my list for several reasons. But they are based on my own research and thinking, not someone else's tweet.

OTOH, if you showed a picture of her laughing it up at a party with Matt Gaetz or similar ... different story.

attention. "Look at me, I'm scummy enough to admire Tulsi Gabbard. Nya, nya." His poor parents. He's apparently been like this most of his life, was even called "agitator in chief" in school. His dad was a big shot in Florida politics, which explains how this freshman creep got into congress.

He is doing - starting, continuing, whatever - the work of the Russian trolls. Gets the discussions going off in all directions. Playing the diversion game. For all we know, he's doing this at the direction of the Russians. Disruption and corruption is so ingrained in Republicans that they may not even realize that this is what they're doing.

11. Republicans know exactly what they are doing. They manipulate Democrats so easily.

They anticipate the knee-jerk reaction to their "praise" of some and belittle others with labeling and name-calling.

Divide and conquer.

...is that she voted for Extreme Vetting of Syrian and Iraqi refugees in 2015.

Republicans are anti-immigrant but don’t like to think of themselves as bigoted.

They can point to Tulsi Gabbard and say the bill was also supported by a non-white leftist woman.
