Chris Coons on Bloomberg this morning said he is optomistic that Joe Biden will be running for

President, and from Joe Biden's speech yesterday, it appears Chris Coons assessment is right

I had a hard time choosing between Undecided and Joe since Joe's not officially running (yet), but chose to go with the one I want most and can change later if he doesn't catch fire - which I don't expect. Joe is not a perfect man but he is a very good one who has learned from his mistakes and is so sincere it just shines through. In my dream world the ticket would be him and Harris and he'd agree to one term then resign in her favor at the end of his first term.
