Sen Kamala Harris and VP Joe Biden..

Actually I think this picture might be from 2019... but VP Biden endorsed Sen Harris for her run in 2017 to take the Senate seat..
If I were to vote in a presidential
primary today, I would vote for:
Joe Biden

she stabbed him in the back and basically called him a racist...no going back. And I kind of liked her before but the entire thing left a bad taste in my mouth and not just because it was Biden whom I support..sure I would vote for her in general but not in a primary. I don't think she will be a VP choice.

..... in that photo with Joe Biden, and to have his endorsement. It must have taken all the strength she had to suppress the disdain and outrage she felt toward him concerning his " praising and coddling" of a well-known segregationist. I suppose that holding that in can only last so long when your sense of fair play and honesty has to be expressed. That it presented itself leading up to, during, and after the debate when he just happened to be an opponent, was I'm sure, a coincidence.

- this is from the statement from the Biden campaign and is exactly right. It is politics, not personal. VP Biden, of all people, knows how to set aside differences with colleagues. I am convinced, that if he decides Harris will bring in the most votes as a running mate, Biden will ask, and she will accept. The survival of the Republic is at stake.

At the same time, I expect Joe will torpedo incoming swift boats. Harris, Booker and whoever wouldn't expect anything less.

Warren polls as well or better than Harris in most polls. She is much better qualified to be VP. I would not count out Susan Rice as a stellar choice.

Harris has a "not so good past" as anyone can find out with Google which will be an albatross around Biden's neck in a general election. Compared to Elizabeth Warren and Susan Rice, she is a political and intellectual lightweight with a lot of personal and professional baggage who I believe Joe and Jill will pass on.

them to come roaring back at you.. and if you don't then you are not ready for this.. the best I have ever seen at this kind of politics was President Obama.. and VP Biden is right up there with him.. and I am including De Blasio in this also.. because he has been throwing bombs ..everyone will need to shake hands after this.. three on one will not look good but I have faith in VP Biden that he can handle all three.. they will be fine.. just don't do too much damage to yourselves (Cory there is no way you are going to be President this time.. don't blow yourself up completely, and Bill D... what were you thinking jumping in )

Bridges can be repaired. They were in 2008 between HRC and President Obama. Obama took Hillary on as SOS and the two forged a very tight alliance and friendship. Politics brings out the best and worst in people but in the end we're all on the same team. Holding grudges never serves the grudge holder and I don't see Joe Biden in that category. If he wins the nomination and then the GE, he will reach out to whomever he thinks can serve the country at the highest level and in the strongest way.

That's what real leaders do.
